Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Minneapolis - Minnetonka by IHG

The front desk staff were amazing, kind and helpful. They informed me immediately of ongoing construction/renovation. But really there was no inconvenience and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good with quite a few options.

Breakfast was very good for the rating of the venue, excellent location with easy access to the "Crosstown Freeway."

I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean the facility actually was. You get a lot of them that you see online you're like. Oh it's really clean and then you get there and it's completely the opposite.

Breakfast food and cleanliness was great! However, it was the staff working the breakfast area that made it so enjoyable. They were very friendly, constantly busy, and very attentive to guests and the management of that area! Good customer service is a rarity these days and I greatly appreciated their customer service!

Great breakfast (eggs, bread, pancakes, Nutella, fruits). Close to restaurants, close to the cities.
